Before entering the hospitality sector, Nathan spent six years leading residential renovation and new-construction projects. Hotel capital programs required the same discipline: predictable schedules, in-house millwork, and direct field oversight

The firm was structured to address the handoffs and schedule risk common in traditional general-contractor models. Walden Ridge integrated procurement, millwork production, FF&E coordination, and field supervision under single ownership, allowing the company to deliver brand-mandated PIPs within fixed inspection windows while properties remained occupied

Since 2009, the firm has completed 60+ branded renovations and six ground-up developments across Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, Wyndham, La Quinta, and Extended Stay, working repeatedly with multi-asset owners who value schedule certainty, cost discipline, and first-attempt brand compliance
